A few things are needed to be on Team RUSH including being a team player, hard working, willing to learn, and open to new ideas. Team members must also be willing to commit to punctuality and good attendance. Also a major part of the team is willingness to devote an extensive amount of time to the program including at least 15 hours of community outreach.
