Weekly Rookie Conference Calls
The Michigan FIRST organization asked Team RUSH to co-host with Team 2337 weekly Rookie Conference Calls. Each Friday night at 5:00 during the build season, team members would call in and give ideas for upcoming events, just listen to Rookie teams or give advice on how Team RUSH may have handled the same situation! It is critical that the rookie teams know, "They are not the only one!" It was a very rewarding feeling knowing that we were helping out the rookies! The best resource we gave them (other than being on the line with them), was to direct them to our Toolkit for Success!
