2009 Parents Night Out

 

Team RUSH holds eagerly anticipated Parent’s Night Out events throughout the year. These "PNO"s, as they are called, are a chance for parents to leave their children in the care of Team RUSH so that the parents can have the evening out while the students can learn about robotics and have fun! There are robot demos, NXT programming is taught, crafts are created and at the end of the night all the children get to participate in the highly entertaining “Dancing with Team RUSH!” A night for all!

2008 Parents Night Out

Looking for a night without kids? Team RUSH has created a Night Out for Parents, the official PNO (Parents Night Out). Drop your son/daughter off by 6:00 pm and the RUSH students will supply your kids with an evening of entertainment! From crafts, to gym activities, to robotics demos, to food (of course) to a live band (Flashback), Team RUSH entertains them all! This is a fabulous opportunity for kids to be mentored by a wonderful group of RUSH students!

 

2007 Parents Night Out

At Parents Night Out, Team RUSH babysits students in 1st-6th grades. It takes place at Sashabaw Middle School. There are crafts, games, music, food and drinks, etc. We even have a room for building and programming NXT robots!
