2009 Festival of Fun

After the Fourth of July Parade Team RUSH went to the Festival of Fun at Clarkston's Depot Park for a robot demonstration. Due to the popularity of the event almost the entire community was there. Younger children especially enjoyed the robot and our unique Segway Rides.

 

2008 Clarkston 4th of July Festival of Fun

Team RUSH put on an interactive display of robots all afternoon at Clintonwood Park. Kids could operate the robot and shoot and retrevie balls while under the guided eyes of the RUSH students. Hundreds of balls were shot and retrived by kids all afternoon. Team RUSH got good publicity and spread awareness of FIRST. Team RUSH helped fundraise for TNT, or Team in Training, by selling bracelets to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
