Solar Somores

On May 1, 2009, six of the Team RUSH students assisted Mr. Gary Soggs on an alternative energy presentation to the 2nd graders of Clarkston Elementary School. This event covered wind power and solar power - with the capstone project of making a solar somore maker! The project was so successful, that RUSH was asked back to do more next week - for students K- 5th grade! Way to go RUSH students!
