Clarkston Foundation Golf Outing

 

Modify the robot as a putter? Of course we can! This past summer, Team RUSH modified their 4 foot ball launcher into a putter. To top that off, RUSH presented the portable Solar Panel Display unit to the Clarkston Foundation (the Clarkston Foundation were sponsors of the project). On the 10th hole, as the golfers were waiting to play, they could hit a hole on the Wii, that was powered by their solar panel display! What a display!

 

At the end of the day, the RUSH Robot was the last hole to putt on the putting contest. After going around with the 5 other holes, they had to use the controls of the robot to try to put a hole in one with our robot! Didn't happen. Dani Adkins was the ONLY one to hit a hole in one with the robot that day!
