With the busy schedule that every RUSH member has, it is extremely important to stay up-to-date with important team events. Team RUSH has two main ways to do this. The first way is a Team RUSH email list with every member's email address on it. The second is called the Phone Tree. When our main mentor, Mrs. Hughes, needs something told to the rest of the team she quickly starts the phone tree. She calls three people with the message. They call to the person below them on their "branch", who then does the same. This goes on until the message reaches the bottom of the branch. They then call back up to whichever one of the three main people tops their branch, so that they know the message got all the way down the branch. Those three then call Mrs. Hughes, who now knows that the message has been passed along successfully. We also have a group on Facebook, many members also text each other and the message is also passed that way.
